At H2V, we respect your privacy. The website https://h2v.io uses no advertising trackers, no marketing tracking cookies and no third-party analytics tools aimed at profiling visitors.

This approach rests on simple principles:

• No resale: your information is never sold to third parties.
• No profiling: we do not build user profiles.
• Minimization: we limit processing to strictly necessary data.

Data processed when you contact us

When you use the site's contact form, it prepares an email in your own mail client. H2V only receives the information you voluntarily choose to send us in that email, in particular:

• the subject of your request;
• the content of your message;
• your email address and any signature information added by your mail client;
• any information you decide to include in your message.

Legal basis: your consent and H2V's legitimate interest in responding to the requests it receives.

Purpose: responding to your contact, information, support or quote request.

Retention period: exchanges are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation, evidentiary need or applicable deletion request provides otherwise.

Recipients: the information is intended for the H2V team only. It is not resold or used for advertising prospecting by third parties.

Cookies and trackers

The site does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party analytics for marketing tracking.

Strictly necessary technical processing may be carried out by the site's hosting and security infrastructure, in particular to serve pages, ensure service availability, prevent abuse and protect the site against automated attacks.

Hosting and security

The site is deployed via Cloudflare services. Communications with the site are protected by HTTPS.

H2V applies reasonable security, confidentiality and minimization measures to limit the risks of unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure of transmitted data.

No marketing subprocessing

H2V does not pass data from your contact requests to advertising platforms, tracking tools or behavioral-analytics services.

Where a technical provider is involved in hosting, security or service delivery, its involvement is limited to the technical needs required to operate the site.

Your GDPR rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have in particular the following rights:

• right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
