What is SAMM?
SAMM is H2V Solutions' indexing and search engine dedicated to French healthcare data. It indexes, searches, and structures heterogeneous data. Find healthcare professionals (PDS), pathologies, facilities, geographic data to reveal the relationships between every field: which professional is attached to which facility, which pathologies are associated with which practitioner, where each facility is located. This structured base can power a dedicated application built for a specific client need, or be made available directly. Search runs from multiple entry points. Technically, SAMM draws on official French public registries (RPPS, FINESS) and combines exact matching with semantic search, displaying a confidence score and original source for every result.
Is SAMM secure and GDPR-compliant?
SAMM is designed and hosted in line with GDPR: 100% EU hosting, data minimization limited to public or necessary information, and a full audit trail on every query and access. When professional contact details (such as an email) are exposed, it is only within what GDPR permits for public professional data, but never personal health data. SAMM processes only public registry data (RPPS, FINESS) as professionals and facilities but not personal health data: the French HDS (Hébergeur de Données de Santé) hosting-certification regime therefore does not apply to this data model.
